Where does visitor traffic go?
From the client website to the customer-operated BotLatch host, then to the n8n workflow and downstream services the customer configures. BotLatch.com is not in that chat path.
Do visitors create accounts?
No. Visitors use the embedded chat without registering or signing in.
Do I create a BotLatch.com account?
No. Stripe handles the purchase. After installation, open /setup on your BotLatch host to create the single local owner account.
Does BotLatch replace n8n?
No. Your workflow remains in n8n. BotLatch supplies the client delivery boundary around it.
